02How long does delivery take?
Shipping can take 15–20 business days across Pakistan.
03Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference are not accepted. Sale and discounted articles are strictly non-exchangeable.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective article, contact us within 24 hours with clear photographs or videos. After verification, we will assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Measure a similar garment laid flat and compare it with our Size Guide. Please check carefully before ordering.
05Will the colour look exactly the same?
Colours may vary slightly because of photography lighting and individual screen settings.
06How should I care for my article?
Wash on low heat and only when needed to help maintain the fabric’s quality, colour, and longevity.
